The Truffle Mushroom pizza swaps tomato for a thyme cream sauce and leans into earthy, savory flavor. It is topped with local JoyGrow wild mushrooms, caramelized onions and fresh mozzarella, then finished with chives and truffle oil.
Fresh local produce is part of what honest food means to us, and the mushrooms are the star here. The pizza starts with handcrafted dough, hand-stretched in front of you, and is cooked over an open wood fire, and the thyme cream sauce and caramelized onions round out the mushrooms. It is one of thirteen wood-fired pizzas on our lunch and dinner menu.
