Step 1: Count your guests
Our wood-fired pizza packages are sized by headcount: they serve 5, 10 or 20+ guests. Start with your confirmed headcount and round up slightly; leftover pizza at an office never lasts long. For larger groups, combine packages.
If your group has mixed tastes, plan a mix of classics (Cheese, Pepperoni, Margherita) and one or two of our signature pizzas, like Thai Chicken or Butter Chicken. A Roasted Vegetable pizza covers vegetarians.
Step 2: Round it out
Pizza alone works, but sides make it a meal. Add-on appetizers and salads each serve 10: Brussels Sprouts ($50), House Garlic Rosemary Bread ($30, add fontina for $5), House Salad ($65), Caesar Salad ($65), Apple Salad ($70) and Franka Chopped Salad ($70). Add grilled chicken ($50) or seared salmon ($60) to a salad for more protein.
Not everyone wants pizza at a working lunch. Our Sandwich & Salad Combo is $17 per person (minimum 5), with choices like the Chicken Milanese, Caprese Sandwich, Salmon Club and Franka Smash Burger paired with a salad.
For drinks, Hugo Tea brewed iced tea (classic black or hibiscus berry) and fresh squeezed lemonade each serve 12 for $42.
Step 3: Lock in timing
For events larger than 25 people, we ask for final counts 7 days before. You can increase quantities up to 5 days before the event. For smaller office lunches, send your request as early as you can and we will confirm details.
Step 4: Delivery or pickup
Franka is at 12695 University Ave Suite 100 in Clive, about 10 minutes from West Des Moines City Hall on Mills Civic Parkway and 8 from Jordan Creek (OpenStreetMap estimates, without traffic). Delivery is a $20 transportation fee within 10 miles of the restaurant, which covers West Des Moines, and $2 per mile beyond 10 miles. You can also pick up; there is ample parking out front.
Disposables (plates, napkins and utensils) are $1.50 per person if requested. Payment is due in full before delivery or pickup, and 7% tax applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Step 5: Send the request
Use the catering inquiry form or call (515) 274-7005 with your date, time, headcount, address and any dietary needs. Package details and pricing are confirmed when we reply. Gluten-free crust is available, but we are not a gluten-free kitchen, so tell us about allergies up front.

Monthly team lunch: one pizza package sized to your headcount, a Caesar or House Salad per 10 people and iced tea or lemonade that serves 12. Client meeting: the Sandwich & Salad Combo, so guests can eat neatly at the table. Season-end party for a youth team: pizza packages with Cheese and Pepperoni well represented, plus garlic rosemary bread.
Office lunches near Jordan Creek and Mills Civic Parkway, school events in Waukee and Urbandale, and teams in Grimes and Windsor Heights all fall within our 10-mile delivery zone, so the transportation fee stays a flat $20. Johnston addresses usually add a small mileage charge.
