The Margherita keeps things simple: san marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, extra virgin olive oil and a finish of sea salt. Nothing more, and nothing hiding behind toppings.
Like every pizza at Franka, it starts with handcrafted dough, hand-stretched in front of you, and is cooked over an open wood fire. To us, honest food means no shortcuts, and with this few ingredients each one matters.
Order it in a 10" size for one or a 14" to share, or swap in our gluten-free crust for $2 more. Pair it with a salad from the lunch and dinner menu, or come in during happy hour, Monday to Friday from 3 to 6pm, for $7 appetizers and buy one, get one beers and cocktails.
