Wood-fired, no shortcuts
The Thai Chicken pizza is one of the boldest pies on our menu. It starts with a peanut sauce, then gets grilled chicken, red onion, fresno peppers and fresh mozzarella. To finish, it is drizzled with a peanut, cilantro, soy and honey sauce.
Sweet, savory and a little spicy from the fresno peppers, it is unlike anything else on the menu. Like everything from our oven, it begins with handcrafted dough, hand-stretched in front of you, and is cooked over an open wood fire.
Order a 10" for yourself or a 14" for the table, and choose our gluten-free crust for $2 more if you need it. It is on the lunch and dinner menu every day from 11am. If you like these flavors, our chicken wings can also be tossed in a Thai sauce, and they are $7 during happy hour.
